YOLO Journal was founded by Yolanda Edwards, former Creative Director of Condé Nast Traveler, and shares the joys of travel and photography. Edwards crated YOLO to give photographers a platform to share their travel images and for creative and curious minds to share their favourite spots from around the globe.

There is an emphasis on the personal, something Edwards wanted to imbue the journal with, to avoid any sense of being a travel guide and to recreate the ways in which individuals move through spaces. Edwards states that YOLO is not intended to be comprehensive in any way, rather, YOLO is a source of inspiration filled with imagery and tips for you to start planning your next trip.
